Is the TOI or generally news agencies that refer to the Bihar river Kosi floods as Kosi Katrina...( like quoted by TOI in the new article at the above link) and is this named after Katrina Kaif as a compliment or as an insult or to sell news since people like me will click to read after seeing the name ?
